Observes the resident taking the medication, notes effects including any unexpected or adverse effects, correctly documents the required information in the residents' medication administration records, communicates any concerns or observations with the Wellness Director, Wellness Coordinator or designated personnel. Our senior living community is currently seeking a Medication Aide to join our team of dedicated professionals who want to make a difference in the lives of our residents, their families and our community.
