With approximately 3,600 dialysis clinics across 40 countries and roughly 110,000 employees worldwide, the organization operates one of the largest vertically integrated healthcare delivery and manufacturing systems in the world encompassing dialysis machines, dialyzers, disposables, clinic operations, and treatment protocols under one umbrella. Performs ongoing, systematic collection and analysis of patient data pre during post hemodialysis treatment for assigned patients and documents in the patient medical record, makes adjustments or modifications to treatment plan as indicated and notifies Team Leader, Charge Nurse, Supervisor or Physician as needed.
