Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning using appropriate techniques and stretches, as well as using proper mechanical lifts, body mechanics and a variety of equipment designed to support the patient and ergonomically help the CNA. Help maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents, including changing linens, personal laundry and tidying personal space while follow protocols of infection control.
