The role supports the workforce readiness through on-the-job training (OJT), qualification, retraining, cross-training, and multi-skilling, while identifying and addressing competency gaps to improve operational performance, product quality, workforce flexibility, and compliance. Routines observation in the production floor to identify unsafe practices, procedural deviations, skills gaps, or skill-related causes of defects, rework, downtime, and productivity loss.
