Experience in managed pressure drilling, including underbalanced drilling, well control equipment, and related technical services is preferred; 2.2 Experience in sales and project operations relating to oil and gas equipment or oilfield technical services, particularly in the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Russia, or similar markets, is preferred; 2.3 Familiarity with target markets for petroleum drilling equipment and services, with strong customer resources preferred. Professional Skills: 3.1 Strong professional knowledge of managed pressure drilling, underbalanced drilling, well control equipment, and related technical services, with the ability to identify and develop customer business value and opportunities; 3.2 Familiarity with international tendering processes, with the ability to organize and prepare tender documents independently; proven international bidding experience is preferred; 3.3 Familiarity with contract management, including contract review, risk identification and control, negotiation preparation, and negotiation execution.
