Oversees the budget; forecasts revenue and identifies staffing needs; reviews and approves grant applications, reports, enrollment fees, purchases and payments, according to established accounting practices, district policies and state lawsDevelop and maintain enrollment and registration and other program procedures, including fee collection and publication of informationEstablish strategies for building and maintaining school and community partnerships and collaborations with government agencies, cities, service providers and community organizations, national and professional organizations.
