Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment planning for the adult inpatient population Provide evidence-based psychiatric care through medication management, psychotherapy, and other therapeutic interventions Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nursing staff, social workers, discharge planners, and medical practitioners to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care Actively engage patients and families in treatment decisions, goals, and discharge planning Participate in quality improvement initiatives that promote patient safety, clinical excellence, and positive outcomes Work within a supportive, team-oriented environment that values professional growth and clinical collaboration Compensation Information: $130,480 - $136,375 annual base salary.
