Additionally, subject matter expertise is required in the planning and design of Substance and addiction treatment and recovery centers, MBH Crisis Intervention/EMPATH facilities, neuro-diverse criteria, age-associated criteria from pediatrics through geriatric, facilities for adults with learning disabilities, and general familiarity with emerging treatment therapies and modalities. Collaborates with leaders such as Project Manager and Studio Design Leader to lead the team through all phases by guiding, advising and mentoring other designers on project work, developing design direction and leading critiques.
