p>The fraudulent LinkedIn messages and emails, which do not originate from any Executives LinkedIn account or of UnitedHealth Group's email domains, or those of any of its operating divisions, supposedly conducts an interview via a Zoom meeting, offers a work from home job at Optum, emails an application, sends a fake check by next day delivery through USPS and asks recipients to pay a vendor a large dollar amount. The position identifies, evaluates, and provides management of services for patients with complex, catastrophic, SDOH (Social Determinants of Health) and/or psychosocial issues to promote quality, effective outcomes throughout the care continuum.
Lifting: Regular light lifting and carrying (under 15 pounds); Occasional heavy lifting (45 pounds and over); may be required to lift and transfer students to and from wheelchair or assist with positioning of students with disabilities. Primary Purpose: To provide social work services/counseling in schools; gather sociological data needed prior to evaluation and placement; and to serve as parent counselor and trainer as necessary.
