Additional Qualifications: • Must be at least 21 years of age• Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, reliable personal transportation, and current auto insurance required• Successful completion of background check including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect and fingerprint check• Completion of New Hire Orientation and required training (including Relias) as directed• First Aid and CPR certification to be obtained within three (3) months of hire and maintained per renewal dates• Behavioral management/crisis intervention training (CPI for Residential or Peaceful Intervention/Verbal De-escalation for Outpatient) within30 daysof employment or first available class• Successful completion of40 hoursof prescribed classroom training within two (2) weeks of employment or documentation of prior completion• Within first year, complete required trainings including suicide awareness/precaution, infection control, quality assurance, and community support philosophy.
