Working Conditions: Regularly exposed to the risk of contagious and blood borne diseases, subject to varying and unpredictable situations, exposure to unpleasant elements (accidents, injuries, illness), emergency and crisis situations, subject to irregular hours, occasional pressure due to multiple calls and inquiries, occasional exposure to radiation hazards, radioactive substances, and biohazards. Competent in all routine skills within the CST scope of practice including, but not limited to, (1) assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, feeding, ambulating, toileting, (2) safe use of any medical equipment, and (3) measurements such as vital signs, weights, calorie count, and intake and output.
