About the Role: The Women's Health Nursing Professional Development Practitioner (NPD Practitioner) at Sinai Hospital, under limited supervision, designs, develops, implements, and evaluates comprehensive education and professional development programs supporting the Women's Heath (L&D, Postpartum) service lines and Float Pool nurses. Provides leadership, support, and at-the-elbow education for frontline team members in Labor and Delivery, Postpartum and Float Pool, promoting clinical excellence in high-acuity and crisis-driven environments.
