p>Qualifications: Licensed in the state of Pennsylvania as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or similar credential Experience working in a primary care, community health, or integrated care setting preferred Demonstrated comfort and clinical experience working with children, especially ages 5-11 Excellent communication and collaboration skills Passion for working in underserved communities Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus. Using the Primary Care Behavioral Health (PCBH) model, the BHC provides same-day consultations, brief interventions, and support for patients whose behavioral health needs impact their overall health and well-being.
