Qualifications and Experience: Required: 2+ years of experience developing and delivering mental health, developmental disability, and/or addiction-related training programs Strong understanding of mental health policies, evidence-based interventions (CBT or MI or parent training), and community resources Experience working with children, particularly in school settings Individuals with clinical experience with financially disadvantaged communities are particularly encouraged to apply Ability to conduct in-person, virtual, and hybrid training sessions Experience in event coordination and public speaking Excellent organizational, communication, and facilitation skills Five or more years related professional experience, especially around training; Demonstrated data management and analysis skills.
