Base RateThe base rate for fully licensed clinicians is calculated with a starting annual rate of $77,000 plus credit for years of full-licensure experience as defined below:$77,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year is the approved base rate range1% per year for each year of full licensure added to base for initial job offer$3,000 Spanish-language incentive annual stipend (paid bi-weekly) available. DBH's preference is to hire a fully-licensed LCSW; however, all candidates with an active master-level clinician license in the State of Utah (LCSW,CSW, CMHC, ACMHC, MFT, AMFT) will be considered.
