Travel assignment at Valley Springs Behavioral Hospital, 45 Lower Westfield Road, Holyoke, MA 01040, day shift, 40 guaranteed hours per week, 13-week contract, one position available as a contractor replacement, orientation occurs every other Tuesday on the listed dates: October 13 and 27, November 10 and 24, December 8 and 22. Required: Candidates must live at least 60 miles from the facility to qualify as a travel candidate, all required certifications must be obtained before starting, additional certifications may be required by the facility, refer to the latest LPNT checklist for current certification requirements.
