Trellis Health is seeking a Physical Therapist for their practice in Brunswick and/or Portland, Maine to bring musculoskeletal (MSK) expertise to enhance Member function, reduce pain, and improve overall health outcomes while ensuring clear communication, shared decision-making, and a coordinated, evidence-based approach within Trellis Health’s relationship-centered model of care.
We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
