Garden State Pathways Mentors will remain consistent with Camden County College's acknowledgement of the inherent value and dignity of all individuals by creating and nurturing a learning and working environment that affirms and leverages our community's traditions, heritages, perspectives, and experiences. Mentors will assist students in remaining task-focused; aid in reinforcing material presented; assist in managing emotional issues; provide one-to-one support both in class and between sessions, and assist students in accessing campus resources and services as needed.
