As Chief Engineer, you are responsible for driving the overall execution (creation and ongoing ownership) of the engineering excellence of your Placemakr property, including budgetary efficiency, proactive and effective maintenance, supporting competitive growth-oriented pricing, and the experience of everyone onsite - employees, residents, guests, third-party partners, and building ownership/management. Take full ownership of onsite Engineering operations, collaborating cross-functionally and within your onsite property teams to develop and implement best practices geared towards optimizing asset health and aesthetics, work order completion and timeliness, and an internal turn process to promote occupancy and retention, and overall resident/guest and team member experience.
