Working collaboratively with program leaders, designated mentoring facilitators, and community partners, the Director will create a sustainable mentoring model that promotes positive youth development, educational attainment, career readiness, independent living skills, and social-emotional well-being. Job Summary: The Director of Mentoring provides strategic leadership for the design, implementation, and growth of a division-wide mentoring initiative that supports youth and young adults across the Youth & Family Wellbeing (YFWB) Division.
