Requirements Include: Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field of study and 7 years of experience, including 7 years of experience with Agile methodology; 5 years managing project deliverables and exercising flexibility when priorities change; 5 years of experience with SAP, Blue Yonder, and other MP&A solutions, including merchandise planning, demand planning, allocation, and fulfillment; 7 years of experience in enterprise infrastructure technology or related retail experience with technical aptitude and skillset; 5 years of prior retail experience in Merchandise Planning and Allocation (MP&A; 5 years of experience articulated detailed action plans and working within designated timelines; and 5 years of experience leading and presenting in discovery sessions and other forums. Understand Business and Technology roadmaps for the MP&A area and identify and engage appropriate cross functional Business and Technology partners in scoping efforts, vendor evaluation of new solutions and upgrades of current solutions, and support design, development, and release of new or enhanced technology applications.
