Experience with creating, editing, and auditing PO's; updating quantities, due dates, and vendor defaults; coordinating cost changes with vendors and product managers; building and validating scheduled and ad‑hoc reports; writing and test queries; reconciling query outputs to source systems to ensure accuracy; consolidating store requests, managing transfers, reviewing backorders, and recommending order adjustments to maximize sales and inventory turns. Knowledge of PO workflows, transfers, backorder management, pricing events, and inventory productivity metrics; familiarity with spreadsheet modeling, basic query logic, and how source data maps to operational reports and Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).
