Unlike the Coordinator role, which focuses primarily on routine audits and execution, the Specialist independently manages more complex merchandising workflows, analyzes customer and site-performance trends, recommends improvements, and drives issues through resolution across Product Information Management (PIM), category merchandising, promotional setup, product discovery, linking, and navigation. Required: Bachelors degree in marketing, advertising, eCommerce, business, information technology, or a related field plus at least 3 years of relevant experience; or at least 5 years of equivalent eCommerce, digital merchandising, web content, or catalog-management experience in lieu of a degree.
