Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and report maintenance, access control, and/or security-related concerns. Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
