Location: Naval Station Mayport, Jacksonville, FLPosition: Full-time<h3>Duties:</h3><ul><li>Facilitate retreats, workshops, and training programs focused on personal resilience, relationship enrichment, and professional development for military personnel and their families.</li><li>Deliver programs, including Marriage Enrichment Retreats, Family Enrichment Retreats, Personal Resiliency Retreats, and Personal/Professional Growth Retreats.</li><li>Conduct workshops on suicide prevention, stress management, leadership development, and communication skills.</li><li>Engage in outreach and marketing, including meeting with military commanders and leaders to promote programs.</li><li>Collect and report data on program effectiveness, attendance, and engagement.</li><li>Submit weekly reports on activities and program outcomes to leadership.</li><li>Travel to other installations as required to deliver workshops and training sessions.</li></ul><h3>Requirements:</h3><ul><li>Master’s degree in Divinity, Pastoral Care, Counseling, or a related field OR at least three years of professional experience leading group facilitation in a supportive context.</li><li>Strong knowledge of military culture, ethical values, and social issues affecting service members and their families.</li><li>Experience delivering workshops and leading group discussions in a professional setting.</li><li>Ability to work independently while coordinating with military leadership.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of compiling reports and tracking program performance.</li><li>Willingness to travel as needed and work occasional weekends for retreats and events.</li></ul>Powered by JazzHR

As an Automotive Technician Apprentice, you will work alongside experienced technicians and service professionals while developing the technical knowledge and practical skills necessary to diagnose, service, and repair Kia vehicles. This position is part of the Kia Veterans Technician Apprenticeship Program (VTAP), a structured apprenticeship program created by Kia America to help Military Veterans transition into the automotive industry.

Southside Kia in Jacksonville, FL, is seeking Military Veterans with mechanical experience who are interested in beginning a rewarding career as an Automotive Service Technician.This position is part of the Kia Veterans Technician Apprenticeship Program (VTAP), a structured apprenticeship program created by Kia America to help Military Veterans transition into the automotive industry. Through this program, participants gain hands-on dealership experience while completing a one-year competency-based apprenticeship that leads to Kia Service Technician certification.VTAP provides Veterans the opportunity to work full-time at a participating Kia dealership while receiving the training, tools, and support needed to develop into highly skilled automotive technicians.
