Serve as a team lead on a wide range of infrastructure and military housing debt and equity transactions, to include new debt originations (first lien, mezzanine loans, B-notes, and preferred equity); acquisition of legacy loans and other forms of public and private debt; structured solutions including synthetic risk transfers and platform investments; restructurings; and recapitalization. Identify, plan, and execute transaction exits to include sale, refinancing, restructuring and liquidation of specified securities in order to realize returns and mitigate risk on existing positions.
