Examples of specialized experience include knowledge of the principles, theories, techniques, practices, mission, and organizational structure of the specific program and or functional field to support military personnel program administration responsibilities; and knowledge of analytical and evaluative methods to develop, monitor, and analyze applicable statistical data to track and assess the efficiency and effectiveness of programs in order to meet strategic goals and plan improvements. Develops, evaluates, and uses a variety of syntax, software, and computer programs to monitor officer and enlisted manning levels in the command, identify unfavorable trends, analyze causal factors to determine deficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
