Effectively facilitate and conduct Daily Production Review (DPR) meetings to ensure a collaborative effort with departmental management to maximize the performance of the team, discuss and analyze department performance, review company policies and procedures and achieve dealership objectives, which include but are not limited to CSI and ESI.Achieve and maintain the manufacturer's market share responsibility (MSR). Ensure frequent employee evaluations and development is occurring including utilizing the Miller Automotive Operations training programs (GM Institute, Sales Manager Training, F&I School, Controller Academy, HR Conference, and EFMBA).Establish working hours, schedules, time off, and vacations.
