What You’ll Do As an Account Manager, you will lead strategic initiatives to strengthen customer relationships and expand Omnicell’s footprint within health systems. Your responsibilities include: + Collaborate + Drive a collaborative account planning process with customers, setting mutual objectives, implementation targets, and critical milestones. + Partner with internal teams—Sales Support, Marketing, Operations, IT, Finance, and Technical Support—to ensure customer requirements are met and coordinated effectively. + Inspire + Deliver impactful presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits to showcase Omnicell’s solutions. + Communicate Omnicell’s business strategy and value proposition to stakeholders at all levels. + Develop + Create and execute account-specific business plans, providing regular updates on progress. + Identify opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, and introducing new solutions to drive customer success. + Execute + Achieve assigned goals for quota attainment, revenue growth, and account strategy execution. + Negotiate and manage contract strategies to maximize customer value and retention. + Impact + Serve as the primary liaison for assigned accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and escalating issues when necessary. + Monitor all activities across Omnicell teams to deliver seamless support and exceptional outcomes. Who You Are You are a strategic thinker and relationship builder with a passion for healthcare innovation. You bring: + Required Qualifications + Bachelor’s degree OR high school diploma with equivalent experience. + 3+ years of sales or relevant experience (5+ years without a degree). + Preferred Qualifications + Familiarity with complex sales methodologies (e.g., Miller Heiman, Challenger). + Experience negotiating hospital contracts and managing executive-level relationships. + Strong financial acumen and ability to develop strategic account plans. + Core Competencies + Advanced knowledge of acute care hospitals and health systems. + Proven ability to influence without formal authority and lead cross-functional collaboration. + Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred). + Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Salary Information: -$90,000 Base earnings - $125,000 Bonus Variable compensation plan with uncapped earning potential. Managing an identified geographic territory which offers Lab Diagnostic products, services, and solutions to new or existing customers and providing overall responsibility within an account. West Palm Beach territory. You Will: <ul><li>Meet and exceed sales goals specific to geographic territory. </li><li>Serve as primary contact within account. Single point of contact for all customer needs. </li><li>Assume product ownership and responsibility of all diagnostic business units with thorough understanding of the products and positioning against the competition. </li><li>Collaborate with all internal teammates and stakeholders (specialists, Health System Executives, service, technical applications, finance, etc.). </li><li>Develop and grow an opportunity funnel of both competitive/prospective customers and current Siemens Healthineers customers. </li><li>Lead business reviews and update account plans based on changing market, wins/loses, customer conditions and competitive activity. </li><li>Deliver customer business reviews to align on current landscape, retain our position, and identify additional opportunities to grow within current customer install base. </li><li>Maintain and grow capital equipment and diagnostic reagent business across all LD product lines. </li><li>Grow share of wallet within current customer base through competitive conversions, menu expansion and add assay opportunities. </li><li>Accurately maintain and update internal sales and data analytics tools (ex. CRM, quoting process, etc.) </li></ul> Your Expertise: <ul><li>Track record of success leading commercial teams in med tech industry (ideally laboratory diagnostics space) </li><li>Experience developing account-level deal strategy (Miller Heiman) & organizing team to execute on plan of action </li><li>Strong relationship management skills with demonstrated ability to serve accounts </li><li>Ability to collaborate in a matrixed organization and leverage resources </li><li>Demonstrated knowledge of product lines, markets, and competitors </li><li>3+ years of experience in clinical diagnostic sales, corporate accounts, or hospital purchasing organizations </li><li>Strong presentation skills </li><li>Candidates must reside in their respective territory </li></ul> This role is governed by our Fleet Safety Policy.
