Design, construct, operate, and maintain test facilities to support the development, qualification, and production of orbital rockets, lunar spacecrafts, and launch vehicle systems at Launch Complex 36 and its adjacent locations, such as Launch Complexes 11 and 12, Module Test Area (MTA), and Mobile Test Stand (MTS).
