Positively represent company, mission and values Duties include commissioning, testing, inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, and modifying AC and DC solar PV systems, including inverters, PV module arrays, transformers, switchgear, and metering systems Responsible for personal safety, quality, and schedule adherence With supervision, be responsible for a variety of operations and maintenance work including measuring, reading, testing, and performing maintenance procedures on all site components Ensure all documentation and required reports are reviewed, complete, submitted, and filed Communicate cross-functionally across all necessary parts of the organization to achieve a resolution to plant issues Other duties as assigned. Ensure work performed by all electricians is of good workmanship and compliant with current NEC and local codes Troubleshoot system problems and resolve electrical issues Safely plan and complete Main Panel Upgrades (MPU) Work with design team to fulfill any necessary system upgrades/repairs to support solar equipment Work with local inspectors to satisfy local requirements and expectations Install back up batteries and whole home generators Monitoring work of electricians, ensuring work meets code and work is quality.
