The individual leads the network of EHS associates across sites in the business unit(s) in order to track and measure performance, assess capability levels and identify common areas of EHS risks that can be managed across sites through program implementation. Lead and own BU-level implementation of BD Excellence EHS components, ensuring effective adoption of tools; approving and validating site EHS maturity assessments and action plans; and driving ongoing progress reviews and alignment with site and EHS leadership.
