Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field; Advanced Excel skills, including experience working across multiple systems and manipulating large, complex datasets; A high level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail in financial reporting and analysis, paired with the ability to prioritize and manage competing demands; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a bias toward data-driven decision-making; Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, decentralized environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines; Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex data into clear takeaways; and. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor and liaison between our Fleet team and operating units — translating data into actionable insight, uncovering cost savings, and ensuring disciplined, consistent participation across a highly decentralized organization.
