Microsoft Office, quality/risk management system, electronic medical record system, bed management system as applicable, transport/resource management system as applicable, learning management system, staffing/scheduling system, automated medication dispensing system as applicable, MSDS, automated communication system and other role specific technology preferred. They are responsible for working collaboratively with the Unit Leadership team to plan for, supervise and evaluate all program operations and patient care delivery in the clinical area.
