Responsibilities include supervising nursing personnel, conducting resident evaluations, ordering and managing medications, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting quality improvement initiatives across the interdisciplinary team. Provide oversight, supervision, and education to nursing staff, including evaluating clinical competencies and delivering training on disease management, infection prevention, medication safety, and wound care.
