Four (4) years of experience in financial management, cost analysis, or service based costing within a technology, higher education, or service oriented organization, including responsibility for developing cost models, performing analysis, and preparing reports to support operational and strategic decision making. Serves as the steward of IT Financial Management (ITFM) data, models, and methodologies, ensuring that IT cost information is accurate, well-documented, and decision-ready, to enable leadership, service owners, and research partners to understand how IT costs are incurred, allocated, and recovered.
