The Tool and Die Maker Apprentice trains directly under journeyman toolmakers to build, modify, repair, and maintain high-precision stamping dies, molds, fixtures, and specialized tooling used to manufacture precision electrical connectors, contacts, terminals, and subassemblies. Machining & Bench Work: Learn and perform setups and operations on conventional and basic CNC toolroom machinery, including surface grinders, manual mills, engine lathes, drill presses, and basic EDM/wire EDM units.
