You'll work with water-cooled and air-cooled chillers, cooling towers, boilers, heat exchangers, pumps and motors, variable frequency drives, building automation systems, and water treatment systems—ensuring these vital systems operate within established parameters to support seamless facility performance. As a Central Plant Technician at JLL, you'll be at the heart of critical facility operations, responsible for the hands-on operation, monitoring, inspection, troubleshooting, and maintenance of central utility plant equipment that supports HVAC and process requirements across the facility.
