Technical Abilities: Advanced ability to analyze and structure real estate transactions; prepare and evaluate financial models and pro formas; manage due diligence, contracts, budgets, schedules, and project risks; negotiate complex terms; and use spreadsheets, project-management tools, databases, and document-management systems.
