Seeking a motivated and self-driven Commercial Insurance Advisor in Cincinnati, OH, for Bickle Insurance. Must possess excellent communication skills and a thorough knowledge of the insurance products provided by the company. Responsibilities include securing and closing sales for new and existing commercial accounts and managing the commercial client base.Compensation:$60,000 - $100,000 yearlyResponsibilities:<ul><li/><li>Develop and execute strategies to meet the objectives set in the annual producer sales plan.</li><li>Identify and engage with potential new clients within the current client base and target demographics.</li><li>Reach out to prospects to offer quotes and arrange sales meetings.</li><li>Evaluate the insurance needs of prospects, review their existing policies, and conduct Risk Management Reviews.</li><li>Collect detailed risk and underwriting information, such as survey data and loss history.</li><li>Prepare and present comprehensive insurance proposals outlining coverages, limits, and deductibles.</li><li>Work with service personnel or marketers to submit company applications and choose suitable markets.</li><li>Meet with clients and prospects, present proposals and renewals, and address inquiries comprehensively.</li><li>Introduce clients to service personnel for ongoing support and direct service-related queries appropriately.</li><li>Keep abreast of any service issues or claims and actively participate in resolving them if needed.</li><li>Aid in renewals by examining expiration listings, gathering necessary information, and preparing submissions.</li><li>Maintain accurate production reports and actively engage in sales meetings.</li><li>Uphold a positive representation of the agency and the insurance industry in the community.</li><li>Attend training sessions and review trade publications to stay informed about industry trends.</li><li>Undertake any additional duties or projects assigned by agency management.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li/><li>The ideal candidate should have a successful track record in sales, particularly in closing deals effectively.</li><li>Having an Ohio Property & Casualty license is a mandatory requirement for this role; if not currently licensed, the candidate must be willing to obtain one.</li><li>At least three years of sales experience is essential for applicants.</li><li>Possessing a valid driver’s license is a non-negotiable requirement.</li><li>The candidate must own and insure a vehicle and be legally permitted to drive to meetings with clients.</li><li>Comfort with working in a fast-paced environment with unexpected interruptions is necessary.</li><li>Being able to sit for extended periods is a key aspect of this role.</li><li>This position involves public-facing responsibilities and requires appropriate business attire.</li><li>Responsibilities include visiting local clients and carriers during the workday, with occasional travel out of town.</li></ul>About Company <ul><li>Work-Life Cohesion.
