Leveraging the Bank's balance sheet, portfolio lending capabilities, specialized mortgage solutions and broader banking ecosystem, the Mortgage Banker serves a wide range of borrowers and financing needs, including conventional, jumbo, portfolio and specialized residential lending for affluent, high-net-worth and eligible international borrowers, consistent with approved product offerings and lending criteria. The role is primarily focused on new business acquisition and externally sourced production: the Mortgage Banker independently develops and manages a sustainable pipeline through business development, established professional networks and qualified referral relationships, while partnering with internal credit, fulfillment and compliance teams to deliver an exceptional borrower experience.
