Build the enablement function from scratch: design, build, and deliver scalable onboarding and education programs focused on using Ocrolus to originate mortgages - instructor-led trainings, on-demand eLearning, role-based learning paths, technical playbooks, integration guides, and customer certification programs. Partner closely with the GM of Mortgage and cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, Revenue/Sales, and Customer Success) to define and drive the mortgage enablement strategy and roadmap - with significant independence in how you execute it.
