This role will work closely with operations, compliance, IT, and third-party vendors to improve workflows, automate processes, and ensure the platform supports evolving business and regulatory needs. The ideal candidate has strong Encompass administration and development experience, understands the mortgage lending lifecycle, and enjoys solving complex workflow and integration challenges.
