This role is production-focused, and requires direct client relationships, client development, lender/capital source relationship management, transaction execution, and consistent generation of origination fee revenue across commercial real estate asset classes. Proficient with, or the ability to quickly learn and effectively leverage, AI-powered productivity tools (ex Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar technologies) to enhance research, communication, workflow efficiency, and client service.
