Review and approve underwriting decisions that exceed team member authority levels and conduct quality reviews of completed loan files to ensure adherence to investor guidelines and company policies along with monitoring quality metrics and implement improvement plans to address deficiencies. Lead, coach, and develop a team of Mortgage Underwriters to achieve individual and team performance goals and conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and provide ongoing feedback and coaching as well as monitor individual and team productivity metrics, quality scores, and customer satisfaction ratings.
