Job Summary: Under the supervision of the Supervision Coach Program Supervisor, this position serves the mission of DCS by assisting in building workforce member''s proficiency in: safety assessment, clinical supervision, clinical case management, the DCS Management System, coaching in child welfare, and a culture of safety and learning. Job Duties: Provides direct coaching to workforce members regarding SAFE AZ, Protective Factors Framework, Youth Thrive, family engagement, clinical supervision, DCS Management System, coaching in child welfare, and building and maintaining a culture of safety and learning.
