Location: Local partner schools Schedule: 1–4 hours per week (after school) Program Length: Typically 10 weeks Start Dates: Programs launch throughout the school year Compensation: $50+ per instructional hour, flexible based on assignment and instructor experienceTeach engaging enrichment classes that help students explore new interests and build real skills. In this role, you will lead structured, hands-on sessions that encourage creativity, collaboration, and curiosity.<ul><li>Lead fun, hands-on after-school activities for students in a flexible, part-time role.</li><li>Classes typically meet once per week for about one hour, though some instructors choose to teach multiple programs per week depending on their availability.</li><li>Concorde Education is hiring engaging instructors to lead enrichment classes that help students explore new interests while building creativity, confidence, and teamwork skills.</li><li>Instructors lead structured enrichment lessons using weekly plans while adapting activities to the needs and interests of the students.</li></ul>Possible Class TopicsAssignments vary by school and may include:<ul><li>STEM and design challenges</li><li>Coding, robotics, or digital creativity</li><li>Art, music dance, and creative projects</li><li>Games, puzzles, and strategy clubs</li><li>Sports/Fitness/Yoga</li><li>Study skills and academic enrichment</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead engaging after-school sessions for students</li><li>Facilitate hands-on activities and group participation</li><li>Maintain a positive, structured classroom environment</li><li>Coordinate with school staff and Concorde program contacts</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum 60 college credits completed</li><li>Experience working with youth (teaching, tutoring, camps, or youth programs)</li><li>Strong communication and group facilitation skills</li><li>Reliable, punctual, and professional</li></ul>Who This Role Is Great ForMany of our instructors are:<ul><li>Current or former teachers and educators</li><li>College or graduate students studying education, STEM, or the arts</li><li>Professionals who enjoy teaching their skills to younger learners</li><li>Artists, coders, musicians, and hobbyists who enjoy mentoring students</li><li>Tutors, camp counselors, and youth program leaders</li></ul>
