The successful candidate will act as the primary business partner for Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and R&D teams, evaluating supplier technical capabilities, driving value engineering initiatives, supporting new product introductions, and developing sourcing strategies for critical electro-mechanical components and assemblies. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Lead the global sourcing and supplier strategy for the Key Technologies (Electro-Mechanical) commodity portfolio, including precision machined component assemblies, motion control devices, electromechanical systems, motors, sensors, and related technologies.
