Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests’ service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Or Registered Respiratory Therapist Sleep Disorder (RRT-SDS) Required Tests for Placement Skills or Special Abilities- Must be able to obtain high quality sleep studies following established department procedures.- Must be able to independently set-up, record and monitor 2 sleep studies per night, administering CPAP if indicated.- Must possess ability to appropriately use PAP devices, following established guidelines.- Must be able to respond appropriately in all patient-related situations and contact appropriate staff or physicians if needed.- Must be familiar with digital recordings and scoring techniques.- Must have ability to stage and score sleep studies using laboratory guidelines.- Must have good communication skills necessary in handling difficult and severely ill patients.- Must be able to effectively handle stressful situations.- Must be able to demonstrate patient centered/patient valued behaviors  Responsibilities1.
