As an independent contractor, the contractor shall be solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, including income tax, self-employment tax, and any other taxes, fees, or assessments arising from the compensation received under this agreement. Provide customized nail services including classic and gel manicures, pedicures, nail art, and other treatments as permitted by NYS licensure.
